ABOUT ME
I am a writer. It took me a long time to learn that. I love what I do, and I hope you loved it too. I was born in Utah in 1967. I grew up in Highland, a small town that has now grown into more than I ever thought it would. I was fortunate that I had a loving family that supported me in anything I chose to do. My mother loved to lay on the grass and talk about what you could see in the clouds. This was the beginning of my imagination. I spent my time, in my youth on the back of a horse and in the mountains. I was often alone, with the exception of horses and a very good dog. I drove a hay truck at seven and that taught me how to look beyond my eyes. When I started to write, my children were young, but my mother would read what I wrote. I enjoyed watching her read my work, to see her laugh or watch her cry, opened a door for me. I closed that door for 10 years and started to write again in 2020. I didn’t know that opening that door would lead me down a road of addiction. I know it sounds bad, but I have 10 years of stories to tell and now I will.
